Pros

Have had a great time working here. Was a small company but is rapidly growing. The culture is just starting to form and we all get to be a part of the setting the tone. Being a part of creating something. The product is strong and easy to sell, implement and support. Company is very smart in the way it goes to market. I'm excited to come to work every day. Leadership is great and the good hires keep coming. The company is growing "smart" by making quality vs quantity hires.

Cons

Not a lot of processes in place so you will be left to your own to find answers. Typical of a startup; good for self-starters, not so much if you're content with status-quo. Not a whole lot of cons, really.

- Great product - Thoughtful leadership really focusing on growing the right way - Fun but focused work environment

Cons

There is still a lot of work to do with training and development programs because it is such a young company (3 years). However, this is a focus and each month, new programs are being developed to support new employees during their ramp time.
