      Pros

      Nice people, autonomy, good budget to work with.

      Cons

      The work-life “balance” is 80% work, 20% life. Do not work here if you want to have a life outside of this job. Rippling works you to death and doesn’t pay quite enough to make it worth it (or have that great of benefits - especially for being an HR tech company…?).

      amazing product; true market fit. strong management team. strong internal knowledge center and resources.

      Cons

      benefits aren't great. lower comp packages than other comparable roles. scaling very quickly makes for a challenging work environment and constant change.
