Pros

They paid very well and consistently on time.

Cons

They don't know what loyalty is. You're a line item; an expense. No matter how long you have worked there you WILL be laid off.

Pros

Nice colleagues, office environment, flexible working.

Cons

The salary offering is fairly average. There are excessive layers of management, creating a significant disconnect between the Executive Team and frontline operations. As a result, senior leaders often seem to hear only positive feedback rather than the full picture. These multiple management layers are causing delays, confusion, and increasing customer frustration. In IT, the team appears to be operating without sufficient leadership or direction at the country level, leaving them to manage largely on their own.
