They add more tasks and never offer help when changing processes then go back to the old way of doing things.

I worked in a real storage closet with another person that they converted to an office for the new Ricoh contract. There was no ventilation. We did not have proper equipment to reach quotas nor enough room to for the equipment we had in the converted storage closet. Also, Sales made impossible promises on quotas that weren't physically possible. Yet, my thoughts were never welcome, they just wanted to hear themselves talk and blame me. The client contact was very unprofessional and rude. She was last straw. I don't miss it!
