Pros

Competitive salaries for specialized sales roles offer base pay that will allow someone to make a decent living. There is plenty of training available for employees.

Cons

There have been a number of staggering changes to the way accounts are assigned and spread out amongst salespeople. The commission plan is complicated and difficult to stay out in front of. It results in months where you might sell 100,000 worth of services and not make a penny.
