      Job easy to understand Not too complex Hours are nice

      Cons

      Depending on the site: Some managers don't care Constant drama People never want to take accountability Some managers are NOT fair Some managers can be extremely petty and standoffish Can't get help from anyone in the company. If there's an issue with your manager, THEIR boss is automatically going to take their side if you go to them, so it doesn't matter what happens. Can't go to HR because they run "investigations" that don't amount to anything and no one actually gets in trouble. They don't fire people that actually NEED to be fired. They'll offer you a certain amount of pay in an interview and then low ball you with something completely different in your offer letter and EXPECT that you'll still accept the position

      Hybird culture and working from home. Good support among team and direct manager/team lead. Company trust and faith in employees

      Cons

      Grossly under paid compared to market averages. High volume/demand and expectation. Internal pressure and expectation often more challenging than customer expectation. Under resourced across multiple departments leading to inefficiences and always being reactive.

      Bad working environment, all people have to work in an open area without any privacy People don't have their own seats and it is wasting time to find a seat and pack the personal belongings every day in which decrease the productivity and efficitiveness of work. It's better to treturn to normal office settings
