When I joined Ricoh some years ago it prided itself as "People first" company. This is most definitely no longer the case. Senior people have left the company without any new position in sight! Redundancies last and this year. And new senior managers that are only interested in hiring their former colleagues. Contractors have also started to dictate what is happening in IT. Also, if you are based in Watford and your contract states so, but need to go to London office, they don't allow you to expense the travel costs. So - if you think Ricoh is the right company for you - worth keeping these points in mind.
