Pros

It could be a good starter job in sales for someone but the industry is dying fast. If you need it for sales on a resume you could make 65-80K but it is a dying business. Better off going to a Ricoh Dealer if you want to sell copy machines, they will pay better.

Cons

Layoffs every 6 months, year after year, after year. Very depressing and toxic work environment when your job is at stake every single day. I believe they cut over 30,000 employees worldwide over the last 6-8 years. It is brutal.

Pros

None. The few solid leaders left the company 2 or more years ago. Horrible work environment as the company continues to layoff to try to make their numbers.

Cons

Horrible leaders, no trust, discrimination, terrible morale due to consistent layoffs regardless of your success. Suprised the company is still in business.
