I had long career and I'm happy for the time I had with this company.
Cons
The overall industry is in decline and some of the leadership is mostly concerned with financials and not their people. As a higher level manager/director, it seemed to me that financial performance was the main, if not only, consideration. The company was quietly laying off many people each year. The organization has been trying to transform for well over a decade, however their overall results decline year over year and headcount cuts are made regularly. Often times, the message from the C-Level was about growth, yet the actual results and overall number of employees was declining year over year.
