Pros

If you have a good territory, you might be able to make some money. The reps that have been there a while have the best territories. Benefits are okay and you get them quickly.

Cons

The Austin office does not have very good culture - the teams do not work together and everyone just seems miserable there. The comp plan constantly changes and management is incompetent. They tell you that you will make $70-80k your first year - plan on making $45-55k realistically.

Pros

If you have a good territory, decent money can be made. Health care was good, but has been revamped this year to average.

Cons

For the past 3 years, constant change, systems don't work. Frontline managers were always useless, now everyone in any kind of management is. Harder to place an order in house than to get it, not to mention getting paid correctly is a job in itself.
