Excellent training, good benefits, benign corporation. Access to resources was great.

Cons

Nickle and dime you to death (expense reimbursement messed up) no communication across departments, leadership was a distant concept. Too much focus on esoteric "values" instead of treating employees and customers as real people,

Mostly good people working there, have some good and innovative products that should help it expand, put on employee appreciation events.

Cons

Always must be watching your back, not the best communication throughout the company, sometimes feel like the Japanese employees are watching the American ones for mistakes
