      Benefits keep going down, but costing more. Lack of direction Since IKON was acquired lack of direction, and looks like trying to get rid of long time Ricoh employees. employees treated like just a number

      Good Products and overall a good company

      Pros

      The pay was good. They had good products at a very competitive price to sell against the competition. They also had good benefits.

      Cons

      Because they are a japanese company, they do things different from most US companies. Most of the decisions come from Japan. They do not take input from their employees. It's all about making making money for the company.

      Pros

      The small company I worked for before Ricoh took over was great, family atmosphere and everyone worked together. A complete 180 once Ricoh took over, it was horrible from then on.

      Cons

      The work environment is toxic, everybody has a negative attitude towards co-workers, the company, and job responsibilities. There is no consistency in job roles and management is clueless as to what the day to day employees go through. Unless you are a very large customer, Ricoh could care less about you and will do everything in their power to treat them like crap. Communication is very lacking and the field employees are treated very poorly.
