Pros

The work environment is pretty friendly. There is plenty of opportunity for overtime. Management is considerate and understanding of employees who require family or medical leave.

Cons

When large equipment deployments come in, employees are required to work very long hours, nights and weekends, sometimes 80+ hours in a week. Changes in job responsibilities are not always clearly communicated to employees. There doesn't seem to be a system in place for training new employees.

The acquisition of IKON has taken Ricoh in a different direction as far as the infrastructure is concerned. This creates the loss of good people and confusion among those who remain.
