Great employees, professional and work well together. Good salaries and excellent benefits.

Cons

Future of InfoPrint is unsure. Organizational changes suggest that most decisions are being made from Ricoh, LTD in Japan, There may be more layoffs in 2012. Future opportunities may not be too good since Ricoh Japan is making sweeping organizational changes.

good if you like being chained to your desk entering data into salesforce or in the office in unnecessary meetings

Cons

extreme micromanagement and busywork that keeps you from being in the field selling or preparing proposals during regular work hours. Earning potential too low to work 12 hour days.
