Pros
The benefits are average for companies in these times and vacation accrual is good.
Cons
The arrogance of the leadership personnel that have been put in place over the past two years is astounding. The lack of respect shown to legacy Ricoh employees is enough to make you seek employment elsewhere, and the practices that have been implemented just seem to be there to "make work" for employees rather than add value. Obvious cost savings are ignored. The prevailing attitude is do it, whether it makes sense or not.
