      Good for many years but many things have changed and not for the better

      I was given many opportunites for advancement

      Cons

      Changes in the last few years have made it harder for our customers to do business with us. Many of the decisions being made have caused dealers to turn away from Ricoh or pick up a competitive line

      Steady Job with no opportunity for advancement

      Pros

      This was a steady job. In at 8 out at 5. Managers were flexible with time off. Not micro managed. They let you just do your job with very little hassle.

      Cons

      This job had no room for advancement. When i started they created a supervisor position but it when to a person who had been there longer. I didn't apply because I hadn't been there that long. After that, there was never any other opportunity to move up. The management is paid very well and unless some one leaves, there's no way to move up.

      Pros

      Day to day selling and discussing solutions selling with customers and seeing how excited people are to have you helping them.

      Cons

      When the solutions deal that you have just gotten a customer so excited about never comes to fruition, leaving an angry and frustrated customer in its wake.
