OK benefits (although they keep getting worse over time) Paid vacations They know how to cut costs

Cons

Too many mergers. Companies purchased seem to take over and are not very good at it. Too much political maneuvering. The best was when a former President met with employees and stated how happy he was to work for a company that was not public, now he only had one boss. Two months later, he released a memo to employees stating that he was leaving so he could get back into the public corporation arena --what a B.S. artist.

This company has no respect for the individual. Definately the motto in IBM that was not carried forward.

Great people-alot of great talent at the company.

Cons

Senior management has no clue- they are puppets. They take direction from Ricoh Japan and don't know how to stand up for the greater population of the company. Salaries continue to decrease, quotas continue to increase. They like to avoid conflict so don't address difficult situations-just turn a blind eye.
