Ricoh over the last several years has been big on promises and poor on execution, inexperienced management.

Community of employees is very good

Cons

Inexperienced management passes fault on to other departments. HR has their head in the sand. Personal career growth of managed employees is not even on management's radar. Turnover upwards of 50% is an accepted norm.

Great work environment and wonderful work life balance. Telecommuting is commonly practiced and accepted. Very good team environment and performance management process.

Cons

Salaries and bonuses very low for a high tech company. Poor financials has resulted in ongoing layoffs.
