Not Worth the Stress

Pros

Some locations are better than others but having worked at over a dozen in various positions, I can say the bad outweigh the good by far.

Cons

Toxic personalities run this place - I don't mean the managers necessarily, but the people who have a superiority complex about them and run over their peers for their own personal gain. There is no work life balance - they expect you to work 24/7 as a salaried employee and often complain about paying over time for the hourly workers. The pay is not worth the amount of stress, anxiety and literal pain they inflict upon their employees. Many of the people in charge don't know how to actually do the jobs they are supervisors over. If you're a person who doesn't know how to do the job but are fine with taking credit for the good, placing blame on others when things go wrong, treating your coworkers like their worthless and brown nosing the boss to get what you want, this is definitely the place for you. If you're a hard worker with a family or desire to do something other than spend every hour of the day working, this is not the place for you at all.

Pros

None. The company's sorry attempt to inspire workers can only be described as an epic fail at best. It's filled with nothing but empty promises and only an indication of their taking advantage of people with laughable, meager pay.

Cons

They DO NOT care about their employees. You are just another dispensable number to the organization. You either get strong-armed forcing you to quit or they will fabricate an excuse to terminate you.

Pros

Competitive pay, flexible, open office environment, great people, free fruits and snacks twice a week

Cons

Too many lay-offs and organization restructure. Once you get older you are no longer safe. Ricoh gets rid of people over 55 by offering VSIP packages. Decline them, they'll get rid of you during lay-offs. Tenure means nothing to them.
