An exciting company to work for. They are keen on developing solutions for the future. Engaging senior management and a clear organisational structure. Thriving culture and employees are handsomely compensated if successful.

Cons

A bit too hierarchical. And there are some devision heads in the defence electronic sector that create more barriers than necessary.

Highly respected education. Good work-life balance: you get paid for many of the obligatory vacations (for example 2 weeks are paid during christmas). Fascinating machinery.

Cons

Hardly any opportunities to grow. Most lucrative positions are either taken or are "distributed among the friends".

management is not good, if some employee are working in assembly dept,they dont get chance to work in other area.its just a casual work,even can work ITI person inplace of engineer in manufacturing dept.
