      Pros

      Part of a larger organization, but with a small company feel. Nice group of people, easy to get along with, very supportive and accesible senior management. Company seems to really care about well being of employees and will go out of their way to help during a crisis, i.e. medical, family emergency etc.

      Cons

      Limited upward mobility, company growth constrained by narrow market focus, mostly dictated by parent company.
