      Beware of joining remote projects in this company

      Pros

      Good benefits only if you are a direct hire. Company on group/HQ level has phonenemal company culture, but remote projects is a different story

      Cons

      Company uses in remote locations/projects like UAE outsourced staff, abusing outsourced technicians is a daily habbit for rheinmetall site managers I have witnessed several verbal and long working hours abuse, shouting and threatining poor technicians/engineers with dismissal on frequent occasions. Lack of respect for engineers/technicians outsourced from contracted companies is a normal thing for few well known notorious site managers (very well known site managers in training/simulation division)
