Pros

Real growth bringing lots of opportunities - a rising tide lifts all boats. Good facilities (new), good tools, real long term security with Defence contracts out to 20 plus years in the future.

Cons

No accountability - poorly performing managers are routinely promoted. Nothing is done on time. Very poor support and coperation from European entities. Very lacking in process and procedures. Management focused on Good News and spin. Reality adverse.
