      Pros

      So far this is not one negative thing I could say about the recruitment and employment process. Rheinmetall as a company have gone beyond my expectations of an employer and have many incentives and benefits. There is a genuine concern for employee wellbeing.

      Competitive salary, good company benefits and add ons, stable economic environment.

      Cons

      Culture needs attention- toxic at times, top - down communication is poor, senior and especially executive management autocratic leadership style is very archaic, demeaning, change needed at the top.
