* Slow management decision. * Tech share from one divisdin to another division is slow and complex. Needs lots of paper works. * They are willing to give your promotion but actual role remain same. The role is just an embelishment to apeace the employee! * Poor team management and communication from management.

Every interaction I’ve had with senior or executive management has made me feel like I’ve chosen the wrong company to work for. It’s obvious they don’t listen, respect or care about their staff. HR policies and processes also seem to be from a past era and are anti-employee and anti-family, A nine-day fortnight with 8.5 hour days is not the solution to “flexibility”.
