      Pros

      Scale is massive, and there's always room to make an impact. There's always new stuff to learn and my team is great. PR reviews are very thorough in a way that always pushes you to become a better developer.

      Cons

      Timezone differences tend to make my PR reviews take longer, as a lot of times the reviewers will already be offline by the time I open the PR. This makes me pick more work in parallel, and sometimes I find myself struggling with focus because I have many contexts to switch to.
