      Pros

      Ownership & Autonomy – As long as you deliver, you are able to choose projects you participate on and your own your day to day management. Career Growth – Revolut offers the opportunity to accelerate your professional carrer and hard work is recognised. Equity and Cash bonuses are offered as part of the compensation package for top performers. Holidays - You have full flexibility to take holidays as you choose within your allowance, and your colleagues respect your time off.

      Cons

      Hard work culture - the regognition and bonuses do come with long hours of work. But this is not a secret - employees are driven by this skillset.

      Amazing place to grow

      * Above market compensation * Very talented team. You learn and grow a lot * Strong values * Recognition of high performers

      Cons

      * Workload is high. Complicated work-life balance * Hard to reach goals independent of the hours you put into it * A lot of pressure on individuals and goals, it's hard to not get burn out over time * Feedback from Senior Management is terribly delivered, sometimes even with almost 0 context on what they're talking about, and brings everyone down
