- You will work on interesting projects that have a real impact on the company success and customers - Pay is good and you are rewarded with stock options on Bonus (and if you exceed expectations is good) - Challenging work keeps you on your toes making you learn and continue growing in your career - Career progression is much faster than other companies with a similar size

Cons

- Work life balance is sometime challenging - Pressure is on, delivering results is expected at all times

Working at Revolut is a fast-paced and rewarding experience. The enviroment is dynamic, and things move quickly, so you end up learning a lot in a short time. With a team of smart, driven people who are pushing for the best.

Cons

It can be demanding, with high expectations to match. However if you enjoy a dynamic and fast moving atmosphere it is a fulfilling place to be.
