      Pros

      I have been working at Revolut for four years, with progressions and promotions each year. The remote work setup, combined with clear KPIs, has allowed me to maintain a great work-life balance and spend quality time with my young family. The talent bar is high, enabling me to work with and learn from outstanding professionals. There are new learning opportunities every day, leaving no time to become comfortable or bored.

      Cons

      As in any strong sales environment, the pressure is always on. While we continue to open more great offices, remote work is not for everyone. Change is the only constant here, and embracing it is essential to thrive in this environment.
