Salary (salary doesn't increase unless you’re a top performer, and even then it's slow and unclear) Flexible Model Benefits and thats all

Cons

You’re just a number, no one really cares about you. Poor management, especially from direct supervisors. Growth opportunities are only real if you're the absolute top performer, and even then, you'll have to wait. Unstable environment with constant changes and little communication.

There is a high level of creative freedom and openness to new ideas, which keeps me motivated. Remote work allows flexible time management as long as project deadlines are met. The multicultural environment is enriching, and the company truly respects work-life balance.

Cons

Sometimes, limited access to certain plugins and tools can be restrictive. The provided hardware, mainly a MacBook Pro + online render farm, can be a constraint for larger or more complex projects.
