      Very stressful but very rewarding

      Pros

      You can make so much money here, as many top performers do, and it is incredible to be part of such a fast growing company. Even though it's a remote role, I really did feel connected to my whole team, my manager, and even people from other countries.

      Cons

      It is an extremely high pressure environment, I was offered a PIP (probation for failing a quarter), and I didn't accept it because I knew I was not going to be able to deal with another quarter with such high stakes and pressure. Looking back now, I wish I took it, but I was extremely unhappy at the time.

      Be ready to learn and push a lot

      Pros

      A lot of opportunities to growth if you are eager to deliver and improve despite obstacles, good compensation package, nice and smart people to work with. Good culture.

      Cons

      Intermediate goals can be not so clear, so be ready to decompose big goals and constantly change lens, clarify and learn what is the expected business impact from your actions. Sometimes company level mandatory technical changes can lead to unexpected delays in deliveries. Work-life balance can be hard to maintain, especially if you don't have "first do the most important 20% to deliver 80% of the impact" skill.
