      -Super talented group of professionals from different fields of design working together in a seamless and collaborative way. -Great place to grow professionally due to the varied nature of the projects. -A brand that values design and invests on it. -Remote working is ideal. -Salary is great!

      - As a designer you need to learn how to collaborate with people that has non-design backgrounds. That can be challenging but also a great opportunity to learn, grow and expand your skills beyond the design field.

      Huge opportunities to learn quickly and take ownership, you get responsibility from day one. Dynamic environment: projects move fast, and you can see your impact immediately. Smart, motivated colleagues who challenge you and help you grow. Flexibility and international culture. you work with people from all over the world.

      Cons

      The pace can be intense, not for everyone. You need to be comfortable with change and multi tasking. Processes are still evolving; sometimes you have to figure things out fast and with minimum guidance.
