      Pros

      High pay and benefits, Interesting project.

      Cons

      Made me finish a project start to finish during my probation period and then got rid of me even though I passed my probation goals. Work 12h/day + weekends. Made employees work against each other. People getting fired randomly at any point, even project managers. Absolutely no support or help. Management has no technical knowledge and makes arbitrary irrational decisions.

      compared to spanish company, the salary is a little higher. one month Holidays. health insurance.

      Cons

      The workload is quite high, working in extra hours, no summer intensive labour days.
