Company is data driven, which implies that your working performance is evidence by data (which supports your career progression) there is a really limited space for not being objective. 4. Regulatory Compliance Dpt for EEA is a really good team to work with. 5. Autonomous job and easy way to coordinate your agenda with personal live, even though workload is high.

      1. High internal bureaucracy which in some cases delays internal requests. 2. Employees shall be offered (or allowed more easily) to be enrolled in training courses that improve their knowledge on financial sector and tech sector, and also their knowledge for their specific position. 3. Performance is impacted by assignation SLA counting on non-working hours which is not beneficial for employee and their ability to balance equally work & personal live. 4.
