Pros

I’ve been working at the company for more than three years and overall it’s been an excellent experience. It’s a top company in its space and the level of execution and ambition is something I haven’t really seen elsewhere. One of the things I appreciate the most is the opportunity to keep learning while working with very experienced and capable people. Being surrounded by that level of talent naturally pushes you to improve and develop your skills. The company is very focused on delivering results, and it’s motivating to see the company grow, reach major milestones, and achieve ambitious goals. Being part of that journey is genuinely rewarding and keeps motivation high. There is also a strong culture of ownership and trust. People are given real responsibility and are expected to take initiative, which makes the work meaningful. At the same time there is a lot of flexibility. The company is remote-first and teams are very international, so you end up working with colleagues from all over the world, which is another great aspect of the experience. There are probably many other positive aspects I haven’t even mentioned, but overall it’s a great place for people who want to learn, take ownership, and be part of a company that is growing fast and achieving big things.

Cons

The main downside is that expectations are high, and during busy periods work-life balance can be challenging. That said, it’s also part of working in a fast-growing and ambitious environment, and learning how to manage that balance is part of the growth that comes with it.

Hard work, well paid

Pros

Depending on you live, the salary is high, at least in Spain, its high. Also the equity is great. Cash bonus is real and good, I'm saying this because in most of the Spanish companies the bonus is low and based on a ton of metrics.. Work is 100% remote and for me that's top. Flexible hours. If you really work hard, you can get promoted.

Cons

The amount of hours we end up working is really high, but I guess its because the hard work is well rewarded. Nobody is gonna push you to work more, but if you think about the rewards, equity, cash bonus, you end up pushing yourself to be better and provide more results
