Pros

Revolut is an excellent place to work. It’s a challenging environment, but one where you truly feel yourself growing professionally and gaining valuable knowledge and experience every day. There is also a strong culture of ownership and innovation, with plenty of room to test new ideas, experiment with strategies, and challenge the status quo. In addition, the flexibility around remote work is something I really value. Revolut places a high level of trust in its employees to manage their time effectively and deliver strong results in the way that works best for them.

Cons

Since the team is distributed across different locations worldwide, it can sometimes be more difficult to build close relationships with colleagues. Additionally, there are limited incentives for employees to go to the office.
