There are clear checkpoints for promotions and progression, which is appreciated as it makes the process more transparent. • Good bonuses for achieving or overachieving goals. • Love my team and the people I work with, I consider them close friends • Hands on, you learn a LOT • Lots of benefits! I love working remotely, health care, meal vouchers and many more things

Cons

• KPIs are sometimes not very reasonable, not everything is so black or white. • At times, the workload can be quite demanding.
