Hey, thanks for your review! We appreciate your taking the time to tell us about your experience at Revolut and we're glad to hear that you're enjoying working with us! With Revolut's people being so spread out across the world, keeping up across time zones can be challenging. We'd love to hear some suggestions on how we can create some more agile solutions to this problem - so please do reach out internally to HR or our Employee Engagement team to let us know!

Hey, thanks for this review. We appreciate your letting us know about your experience at Revolut. We understand that as we're hyperscaling, there will be moments when you'll need to just Get It Done - but that's why we try to make it easier for you in those moments with great benefits like free dinners after 7pm in the office, and plenty of holiday time so that when you switch off, you can properly recharge. In the London office, we also created a 'Reflection Room' so that when you need a moment to yourself, you have a private space in which to do that. We'd love to get input on how we can create more initiatives to support all our employees - so please get in touch with your local HR to discuss any ideas you may have.

Thank you for your honest review. We appreciate your taking the time to give us feedback about working at Revolut. We aim to be as honest as possible about employment expectations, from the recruitment process all the way to your onboarding on the first day. We know that not everything will be perfect all the time, but we're continuously working really hard to create an inclusive and collaborative environment to help you thrive. We have a dedicated management and leadership development manager who supports our managers with training programs and leadership resources. Our KPIs are undergoing reviews to align them properly to the company KPIs, making the process more transparent and easier to understand - including what steps should be taken on an individual level to get there. We know that as we're hyperscaling, there will be times when it feels as if there's a lot of pressure. However, collaborating with colleagues, asking for help to get things done, and taking advantage of all the great benefits we offer can help to make those moments easier.
