How not to "Get It Done"

Pros

The only two good things about Revolut is the flexibility it offers and the opportunity to earn great commissions if you do well. However it recently got capped so do not trust HR recruiters with fake expectations about earning two or three times your salary...

Cons

- Constant pressure to a stressful and overwhelming level. They don't care about you, only your numbers - There is no autonomy to do your job and reach your targets the way you want to. They force you to do the job in a way they think is perfect - Zero growth opportunities no matter what they say - No employee appraisal. I've seen many people leaving the company - Zero benefits in Spain - There is no salary equalization for senior people. - Constant changes every quarter within the Sales dep. - This list can be longer.

Hi! Thank you for your review! Revolut is known for its Never Settle and Get it Done values — two factors that draw many people to the company, along with its fast-paced, innovative environment. We want to encourage people to thrive on these values, while also maintaining a healthy work/life balance, being aware of the signs of burnout, and looking after their own wellbeing. We’d like to clarify that at Revolut, we encourage autonomy and empower our employees to take ownership of their work. Micromanagement goes against our values, and we continuously work to foster a culture of trust and collaboration. Our management approach is designed to encourage collaboration, provide support, and promote personal and professional growth. We appreciate your feedback, and wish you all the best!
