Management keeps searching for people to blame for lower results but avoids acknowledging the fact that volumes are getting higher but there are less and less people handling them

Pros

It is easy to make your voice heard. Higher level management is encouraging everyone to speak up and introduce their ideas, share concerns, etc. But the main thing I love about Revolut is that we are not afraid to pioneer and implement unprecedented projects, like redesigning the office with cutting edge tech and adopting flexible working globally.

Cons

To be frank, really hard to think of any Cons.
