You'll be given huge amounts of responsibility and ability to shape real-world changes for millions of customers. Nothing is sacred - everything is decided by logic Company is going places.

Cons

Work life balance isn't taken seriously. Teams are under-resourced and expectations are unrealistic. Compensation isn't what it used to be
