      Pros

      - Quick interview process (3 interviews + preparation calls in 3 weeks) - Overall impressive onboarding process (i.e., the laptop arrived well in advance, all accesses were there on day one, engaging onboarding calls) - This is like Disneyland for data analysis and analytic people - Smart colleagues, very respectful and professional - Plenty of opportunities for talent - Great flexibility (requires good time management!)

      Cons

      - Meeting with colleagues in person at the office is rather hard as most people are fully remote - Do not expect to get everything chewed for you (negative for some, positive for others)
