      Pros

      Ambitious and demanding environment. If you are all in to grow and learn within the company, you'll do well. Everything is data driven. If your work is done and properly registered (in line with KPI's), you will have good performance review.

      Cons

      Communication sometimes is a bit cold, but eventually you get used to it as soon as you start getting to know people

      Pros

      Revolut is a well structured fintech with a fantastic culture. You're welcomed in the team, everyone is friendly and helpful. If you're a curious person, always eager to know more, independent, responsible, and like some fast pace learning and working, you will love Revolut!

      Cons

      Sometimes you can be a bit overwhelmed with so much information, tools and procedures you're exposed to, but that's part of the experience and with time you start to adapt and become more confortable.
