Not just grants but demands absolute autonomy, no hand holding, and full ownership. Usually pays above market.

Cons

Goals are usually very ambitious and timelines can be demanding, leading to long hours. Performance is Quarterly monitored which may generate stress. Feedback is brutally honest, no sugar coating. Processes are not super structured as many things are new.
