Pros

Repsol places a strong emphasis on developing new employees. They have several great programs specifically targeted toward gaining diverse experience in several positions across multiple fields.

Cons

It is extremely difficult to get projects approved. The company is willing to waste tons of money on unnecessary departments in Spain but will not spend money on high impact projects here in Canada without ridiculous amounts of time and effort spent. The company is full of processes that slow everything down and make the company less flexible and efficient. On top of that, morale is terrible and many people are constantly talking about leaving the company.
