Pros

-Good work life balance -Great leadership and people in Canada

Cons

-Autocratic leadership from head office, no decisions made at business unit level -everything is completely centralized and local complexities are rarely considered. -Culture is terrible, employees and managers leaving constantly seeking greener pastures, Repsol conducts multiple culture surveys but does little to improve it. -Slow degredation of total rewards package. They remove benefits slowly, chipping away at value of package. Often no salary increases globally, they dont follow thier own progression model in regards to development and salary increase -Little opportunity for career development in Canada, -Reactive business, plans change constantly, no continuous improvement cycle -Layoffs and organizational change every year (10% - 30% of staff in Canada each year).
