Pros

The best thing than has Repsol YPF is the Labor stability. You know that if you enter to work in her, probably it is of by life. In addition generally the work usually is not very exhausting and, except for exceptions, the terms usually are very long.

Cons

The worse thing is than normally it does not consider very the employee. It is not possible to be said that can be taken many decisions and the work usually is very repetitive. The wages are not bad, but you compare them with the average of the sector always are but the low ones
