Pros

Great co workers my manager was really nice and helpful. Madrid was in charge of all decisions.

Cons

Accommodating expats but not really interested in promoting U.S. Employees.

Pros

There are processes in place for everything and the people from head office are friendly and seem to want to learn from other cultures.

Cons

It appears that everything moves quite slowly and there is a silo mentality in which the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing.

Pros

Work wise the people were friendly, helpful Location was a plus to me

Cons

Too much politics, misleading, communication in the same department is bad (they will leave you out of the loop hole), Managers are very unprofessional, too much arguing & fighting between each department, if your from Spain they will cater to you otherwise one has no luck in progressing further
