Pros

The executives have big ideas of creating a global company. The ideas and direction they have for the business and the people within it great.

Cons

Very Spanish company. Highly bureaucratic. Desire to become a global business, but really stuck as Spanish business with offices in various parts of the globe. They talk of transformation through transparency, collaboration and meritocracy but key leaders don't execute - nor are they held accountable to execute. Result frustration, embarrassing behaviors, politics and visible poor values.
