Pros

If you want to benefit from the most advanced policies of balanced worklife, homework , diversity or gender equality, and you don't mind having mediocre leaders who will keep you from developing your professional potential, Repsol is your company. Excellent professionals with top-notch knowledge and experience are wasted and unmotivated by leaders without leadership The company has very good values. But they're not practiced by Management. It has an exemplary Code of Conduct. But it only applies to punish those who do not have the right relationships. It is a leading company in indiscriminately applying all management fads. Hundreds of projects are started. Almost none are implanted. Waste of time, talent and money!

Cons

It's a company in search of a strategy. Crude oil and gas will ensure a few years of existence. The mediocrity of their current leaders ensures that it will disappear in the medium term. If you aspire to be a good professional, to develop professional skills and to have exciting challenges, this is the wrong place. Management is terribly bad, at all levels. They only promote those who are docile to their bosses, so the organization chart is full of incompetents without professional merit. Even at the highest levels of the organization, the quality of the leaders is extremely poor
